Welcome to my blog,  I have come to understand the importance of building, not just up but also down. building up to connect with leaders who are ahead of me, like David Wakerley or Jim Wideman. learning from them so I can build my leadership and grow my influence to lead. I also believe in building down, sowing into the net generation of leaders and encouraging them to flourish in the gifts God has given them.
